TT Isle of Man Ride on the Edge 2

Looking for a table for TT Isle of Man Ride on the Edge 2, please.

Preferable options include no tire wear, keep both engine and tires locked at the correct temperature, no overheating, etc.

I haven't played long enough to know all of the things that would make the game more fun, but just basic things like tire grip and money are probably key.

I suppose unlimited respawns would be helpful, too.
