Is it possible to unlock achievements in Windows Store (Xbox Live enabled) games with CE?

Hi, looking for an experienced person to tell me if it is possible to be able to unlock achievements for Windows Store/Game Pass/Xbox Live games on PC via Cheat Engine?

Yes, it's entirely possible (especially with Mono enabled games) although it can be very finicky.
If you start messing around with it, I recommend you use a different account as you are bound to pop an achievement on accident.
