[Request/Update] Way of the Samurai 4 (GoG 1.06.2 version)

Shinkansen had made a great table for WotS4:

However it doesn't seem to work with the current GoG version anymore. So I was hoping someone might be able to either update his table or create a new one with similar features.

Along with what he's made, I'd like to know if it's possible to have a proper "invincibility" cheat. The one hit kill mode naturally has you die from any hit, and it would be great if you could cheat your way past that (as there's lots of super rare swords you can get with that).
