I could be wrong but it does look this does not have any anti cheat, i checked the processes and files for EAC but could not find it.

just use the unlock all gifts.. theres a gift in there at the bottom of the gifts that gives all things 8 points.. I've maxed out all the emblems so far without it being 999 each..
