The table has one problem - or let's say I had one problem pinpointing the exact adress where the character data starts.
So it needs your help
load your savegame, attach CE to the game and then search for your characters name, datatype is "string" of course.
You should find exactly one address. Copy that address into the Address of "Name" in the table and you're done.
Better ideas/solutions are welcome

- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
