Uncharted Ocean

I'd love help trying to create a cheat table / trainer for Uncharted Ocean (it's on steam or skidrow).

I can change the money, items, sailors, durability, fatigue, buff timers, etc. However, each time the game restarts it changes .exe codes.
I.E.
1st start up: 00005A0C-hanghai.exe
2nd start up: 00008194-hanghai.exe
3rd start up: 00002020-hanghai.exe
etc etc.

So, I can't figure out how to create a table that works each time the game is launched.
