Betrayal at Krondor (GoG)

Hi all,

as I'm going through my games-list in alphabetical order, checking for games without tables, I came across "Betrayal at Krondor".
This gane is running with DosBox, so it was no problem using the excellent guide from erfg12.

Features: edit/freeze Hitpoints, Stamina, Speed and Strength of all 3 Party members.
Edit gold of your party.

Please note: the characters values are filled at the very first fight. So after loading a savegame, all character stats in the table are displayed as 0.

Update 2023-09-23:

• fixed offset for Owyn
• changed order of characters to the order the are stored in memory
• added Pug, James and Patrus by using the educated guess that all chars are having 5f bytes distance to each other

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I loved Betrayal at Krondor. Such an amazing story. The gameplay was a little... meh, but the writing was great.

Betrayal in Antara wasn't bad, but Return to Krondor was just epic. I had so much fun with that game.

Hello, could you edit Cheat Engine file to edit max value of Health and Stamina, please?
Not only current value, but maximal.

Because when is Health and Stamina too high (over 127), it makes the game buggy - unplayable.

Try the updated table above.

• Added a new section to edit the "normal" values out of combat.
• Added all relevant skills like accuracy, defense etc. - but the game is somewhat confusing here, some of these stats are re-calculated by the game. So after setting them to 100 (%) sometimes they stay at 100, sometimes they are reduced to 97% because of... no idea
• in the old entries (only valid at combat) new entries for max values are added

Oh, thank you for your very quick answer. I will try it.

100 % stats are not necessary, I have it, but it means hours and hours of grinding. But unfortunately, it costs time - very much time - that means increasing Health and Stamina.

Hello, for Locklear and Gorath (Chapter 1) it works perfect - 100 % = 100 % and all other values work.

But Owyn doesn't work nothing. If I try to change something, nothing happens and his name disappears.

But great work with Locklear and Gorath (and I hope James in late Chapters), Owyn (Pug, Patrus ?) unfortunately doesn't work.

Is it possible to upgrade CheatEngine for Betrayal in Antara like this, please?
