[Request] Cogmind v9.2

There was a table for this, but it's outdated and nobody seems to be updating it.

Requesting:

Infinite Core
Infinite Energy
Infinite Matter
Always 0 Heat
Always Full Condition for parts
Always 0 Mass (so you never get overburdened)
Always 0 System Corruption
Never Fail Hacking (so you never trigger alarms)
Alert Level Always 0 (so you don't have swarms of enemies on the rampage)

I can find pretty much all the values as 4 Byte. However I'm no good at making actual tables (just finding a value and locking it).

Game's up to 9.3 with a neat RPG mode for the holidays (that can be activated later on with a launch option).

I'd really love it if someone could take a look at this game.
