Tried it on Gun Crazy-SiMPLEX version, see if these pointers (all are for life) work also on your version (at least one perhaps will work for you).For me they all work, killed 3 bosses and exited the game.

TIP: in case it won't work for your version, the life is on double, so as you start, search for 5, then get hit and search for 4 and so on.. you'll find it very soon, then add whatever value you want and freeze it..then play.The game is very short.!
