BTW, I found out I can get work permit via the "Relationship" script and changed one of the item to "Has Nationality" and change the unique code to current nation I'm in before apply date.
Stupid me, missed that feature on your table and probably there is something more that I never look at/use.

How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

First I have not tested recently so save first. I believe you can do this as @Miracle222222 says. Under the Person Data > Relationships you can change Has Nationality "Reference Unique ID" to another Nation. Easiest to get the ID from another person with Nationality you want. (this value changes every reload since its actually a pointer so dont reuse between saves). I dont think this is a complete way to do it but might be enough for this.

Sorry I don't know what you are referring to. Do you mean the "Player Partnerships" which is the links that show when players work well together? If so no I dont know how to edit those (but sure they are at club level and not player level) since that is where they show in the database editor.

When you do a lot of transfers the Team Cohesion goes down a lot. Low Team Cohesion influences how efficient is your tactic used, as far as I understand from Sigames forums, it's even more important than Tactical Familiarity. It goes up by playing friendlies in the preseason and normal games.

Gotcha. I suspect that is not actually a number per se. There are a lot of things that are calculations so not sure that you can just set that value. Happiness has a value per player but I'm not sure its consistently used and the underlying things that contribute to that number are more frequently used in the code when its used to impact things other than the display. I also dont know if the things in that list are actually stored in a list or if they are just located dynamically. I think they are all dynamic.
The screen itself will cache the data on first load and recalc after being invalidated. I've seen this with "too many personalities" where I can remove that negative by tweaking individual players to be all "balanced" or something.
Sounds complicated... If you have a big team the TC grows up only after you play with all your players, or if they train long enough together, much longer than playing games. So it's probably something dynamic based on together playing time. Hell knows.
