How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I download the v2.3 and I am unable to activate the script. I am running ce 6.7.

Huh, weird - the Assert wont let me activate it, will try again! Thanks for checking!
Re-downloaded the table and it worked fine - sorry for bothering you! ^^

Running GC3 Crusade v2.31.4 too and it crashes each time I try to activate the cheat script or one of the cheats.

v2.32 is out and a few of the options don't seem to function correctly - an update would be appreciated!!
Edit:
Just noticed I was using the GOG version. I'm busy installing the steam version

Nope, definitely needs an update. The only thing that seems to work is quick research
