Until "Need For Speed Payback" there were "Cinematic Tool" that makes in-game camera can move, rotate and zoom.
It was enable to take snapshot more freely and driving in first person view.
But author said he's working in EA DICE now and will never make tools anymore. Most recently NFS games has camera control tools made by same author so we have to create new camera control tools or something for this game.
