You're new here aren't you? Sunbeam is amazing person always helping and providing information. They often blow up at people being immature or ignorant. I dont speak to Sunbeam personally but I read a lot of their posts and they put in a lot of effort to even teach people how to do things themselves. They're likely not drunk but just pissed at you. How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
Those guys are doing all the work so, in my opinion they can say whatever they want to say specially they are not even getting paid on what they do here. for all of us that are Noobmasters needing help we have to be patient and just wait or contribute.
NoSpread, Bounty Money, Money Pointer, Total Ammo pointer, Infinite Health - Horse
When you open the Table, press YES, it auto-injects to the game's Process.

I'm having trouble getting the horse speed to change. I'm pretty sure I found it though. "38CFDC0" When I click "find out what accesses this address" my game crashes in a few seconds. Anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

Just picked this up and will begin looking into Honor values as it's notoriously missing from all tables, trainers, etc. meaning I'm sure it will be fun. Time to venture into the inevitable shitstorm.
Edit: Correction - I've seen one trainer say they've got the Honor figured out and implemented but it's one I care not to advertise, nor am I going to pay an absurd amount of money for it. But, this does mean it's feasible at least.

I'd like to say one thing, there is a problem with the 'No Spread' option.
It's no problem when the 'No Spread' function is enabled and the gun is shot in the air. However, if you shoot at someone, the game will crash.
I tested it with all firearms and all crashed.
So it would be great if you could solve this problem.

I checked out Script Hook several days ago and didn't see a mention, must be somewhat recent because there was even comments requesting an honor feature. Only other trainer I've personally seen it on so far was from ShitHappens when I made that post earlier but to be fair I stopped searching after that.
Spent an hour or two checking it out myself but one thing I've noticed is that some results updated differently depending on how you obtained/lost the honor. Would kill, loot, even use the Honor cheats to modify it but the results wouldn't change. I robbed someone and poof, everything updated. Donated to camp, helped strangers, nothing. Walk around and say hello to three people? Poof.

How would I go about removing the roller block rifle so I can start The Sheep and the Goats quest. I did use a modified save that had all weapons unlocked. Any guidance would be appreciated

Just close the shop menu and play further everything will happen just as if you night it there except the mission won't update until you have to shoot somebody with it so it will say that you still have to buy it but you won't
