How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.

Because learning to hack a game that can already do these things is good training. It can teach you some basic or help you invent new techniques when you have the idea already possible in said game. Yes, Cheat Terminal as a mod exists; but so does Cheat Engine.

Because if you know how to use apps like cheat engine, they are vastly more powerful and adaptive than hoping the console commands the programmers left behind in games in will do the things you want, and once you have a script set up, it really is fire and forget, one click to rule them all.

You've vastly oversimplified the ease of console commands. You have to use tilde, then remember the exactly archaic sequence of letter and numbers and spaces for each command and type them out, one at a time. Often they aren't persistent, so each time you play you have to redo some of them again. With cheat engine and scripts. you do a little work on the front end getting things set up the way you like, then it's a few simple mouse clicks from that point, every time.

Also, the methodology you learn when you use Cheat Engine is transferable to almost every game, so while the specific details of the scripts are different, configuring them for your ease of use and specific wants becomes easier and quicker as you go. Console commands don't get easier or more accessible from game to game and you can't rely on them having the things you want to use them for. Sometimes you can't even access the developer command console in a game, whereas you can almost always use programs like Cheat Engine.
