How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Thanks, I was actully looking for a updated table for this earlier today, I am using the uplay version so some things may not work that may work on steam version when I test the table.

edit- my bad i thought it was a updated table, if it is then I can't even activate it.

Uplay and Steam versions of the game have different bytes so you won't be able to open the script unless you delete the assert functions at lines 55, 56 and 57 but I think that would crash the game (I have Uplay version 1.1 myself).
