The save game is easy to modify.

1° you need notepad++
2° you need the plugin Json viewer

So after load the file save_#-json, you see only one row, so you go in plugin, Json viewer > Format Json (and magic you have all file correctly view)

Update technology table base on v1.09.

Please be advised that you need to attach technologies to existing technologies. It will work, without losing newly introduced technologies in new version, at the cost of somehow larger(redundant) saved file (perhaps 100k larger?)

Edit: I just did some test on 1.1.4, seems attaching technologies might cause ship design bugged with redundant turret (not always happen, reason unknown) I had a look at 1.1.4 technologies and havn't found any new tech categories, so it might be better just replace all the existing techs to avoid the annoying redundant turret bug.

Looks like the latest 1.1.5 update demands an update to the weight and cost scripts. So here it is if you need it.

From what I can tell, there is a settings.json file that you can overwrite/replace. It is located in [Drive]:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Game Labs\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts.
If you're manually editing your own json, you'll be overwriting your mission list (starts with [{"Key":"target_practice_1"... and ends with ...{"Key":"Test_complex_torpedoes_2","Value":{"state":1,"difficulty":2}}]). If you're pasting over the old json, your graphics/sound settings will reset.

DISCLAIMER: I have not used this pastebin myself. Everything I said is based on observation and speculation. Use it at your own risk (not that I'm implying that the pastebin has any). Remember to keep backups of your original json incase anything goes wrong.

Thats the thing i did just that but it doesnt seem to work anymore.

I noticed that the pastebin was dated 01/01/2023. Update 1.1, on 01/24/2023, added another mission, which may have changed the unlock chain needed. I'm not sure why you mean by "doesn't seem to work", but whether it means that game is not launching or mission(s) not unlocking, the pastebin will need an update that accounts for the new mission added.

I'm guessing by your previous post that you're asking about the cheats not working for refits. I was only updating the table and testing via Naval Academy since I wasn't interested in campaign yet. I did take a look at the campaign refit and what I can see is that:
  • When the scripts are activated during campaign Refit Mode:
    • The "Save Design" button gets greyed out.
    • Overweight warnings in red are removed.
If I had to make a guess, there's another weight check happening. I don't know where/how it's happening, but the script only changes the total number at the top, rather than individual component weights. Which means the check is somewhere between when the components weigh being added and where the script is injecting. I'll try to look into it, but if there's gonna be a fix, it's not from me.

EDIT: Exploring it a bit further, the address that is accessed by the script accesses two addresses during refit: the current weight of the ship AND the ship's weight before refit. Again, no idea if this is the check or not. The script does change both of the addresses.

TL/DR: No fix for Refit Mode yet. :(

P.S: If you're asking about the most recent update for the table (v 1.1.5), It's in an earlier reply.
P.S.S: In the unlikely chance you're talking about the pastebin thing, I don't control that and I don't intend on posting one.
