I did a slight edit of Zanzer's table, specifically for the .exe name for the player and companion scripts. They are unreliable, but I have been able to edit perk points on the GOG edition. Your mileage may vary.
EDIT: Further edited Zanzer's table, with the correct address for skill points. Also uploading Drummer's table with the new executable names - but only for items related to character creation attribute and skill points. My changes to any table is only for things concerning attributes, skills, and perks. No idea if the second companion's perk points work, since I haven't gotten far yet.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
If that is all that needs to be done, I did it here. I actually don't have the Steam version to test it with though.
All I did was change the process name. I think some options won't work still because they depend on pointers that can change with every update.
I'll give it a run and see what works. Already use something else for the Steam version that has quite a few working options, but I went looking for something to edit attributes, etc which it does not have and this came up.
So the zanzer cheat for the microsoft game doesn't work
- Mouseover Inventory Pointer
- Player Pointer (open Character> Details menu)
- Reputation Pointer (Gives wrong results for some factions)
- Companion Pointer (open companion summary menu)
It's a habit now.. every time some DLC is out, pop! the post and "plis updeit" ) And not just this post, but all that have the game's name in the title ) Come on, guys and gals, really?..
