EDIT:
Nvm. I was being a derp. Just tick the box next to the "Enable Perk Update" header and then change the value to 1. It still changed back to 0 for me afterwards, but it was working properly.
EDIT #2:
Nevermind my previous nevermind. Though I can see the individual perks and such correctly, if I attempt to change any individual trait, it immediately reverts back to what it was.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Can you, please, describe what you do to change a perk?

ok. I can reproduce the issue. I will fix it tomorrow.
You can activate the console in ironman by enabling the console hack.
To enable achievements using mods or the ruler designer, make sure to set all the values in the achievement pointers to 'Yes', except for the ruler designer one. That should be 'No'. Every time you start up the game, you'll have to check those values again.
The pointers work just like the ones in Reci's table, you can alter in-game values on the fly.
Each pointer has a multiplier behind it (e.g. x1000), this means that the value is multiplied by 1000 compared to the in-game values.
That has to do with storage methods in the code.
Thanks for the reply but CE just seems to stop responding when I try to activate the script.
It can take a while to load, try running it on the launcher, it uses less memory and thus scans faster.
On some PC's it takes a few seconds, others it can be minutes. Give it some time. 64-bit made it much worse to load
PS: Once the last update is announced, I might just remove the AOBscript and make it a define, which is near instant.
For me the past couple of versions, some of the slowness seems like it might be related to symbol lookup behavior. Apparently there is a database of pdb files maintained by CE in temp folder that it updates. It hits the Microsoft symbol server to resolve pdbs for exe and dlls. My firewall is setup to block this and I think it adds to process attach slowness. But AOB scanning also seems to add to this.
If I'm using the Trait/Perk information script, is there any way to make that work with conversion mods such as Elder Kings? The rest of the table actually works perfectly with most conversions I've played, though I've only tried to use the Trait/Perk information script on Elder Kings so far. Perhaps there is a folder I should search for?

Ah nevermind. I've somehow accidentally figured it out.

Can you please post whatever solution you discovered here in case anyone else with a similar problem comes to this thread?
You can activate the console in ironman by enabling the console hack.
Could you please clarify what you mean by this, or link me? I don't have a script tickbox for enabling console.
Thanks!
Download Recifense's table, then download CompactDisc's table (he has the download link on the first page of this thread). Open both tables in that order, and merge the tables when prompted to do so.
