Unfortunately all that does is re-enable the cheat menu. Although that has options to disable hunger, diesease etc, those have never worked for me. The table did. Is there nobody willing and capable to update the table?

theres a option who tells you to "Init Incentives fromCheats"
if you dont activate this it doesnt work ....

Thank you for that, it sort of works. They still die from hunger and radiation (possibly thirst), but they don't seem to use tools and clothes. The inhabitants were resilient enough to be able to explore the new functionality. Still unfortunate that the table barely works, but I get it, it's annoying to update it every month.
