Played through the game recently, and made a table along the way, This has all the basic stuff, as well as an item modifier, Also have weapons stats for both characters. In terms of the Map Unlocked, and Have Modded Moon Stone, and Item Modifier, you need to double click their value section and pick the options you want.

Install Cheat Engine
