This is a western cRPG, but it is written in Unity, so things will be easier to find. I don't have much time to play it right now though.
I have this option ready though:
Always Roll NumToRollForAbilities (Default 9) When Creating Character
This will allow you to make a powerful character to start the game with. That might be all you need in this game, but I'm sure others might make some more options if I don't.
EDIT 1:
I found some time to come back to this game. I have the Enable to activate Mono but you may have to hit Enable twice in CE 7.0. I changed my option to allow you to specify the number you want for ability rolls for your character at character creation. If you change the pointer in the pointer section, disable and re-enable the option for it to take effect.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
It's easy to set the attributes even higher. Just search for them, when creating your character, there will be 172 addresses or so found. You need the four last addresses.
You can also find the time. It's hours*60+minutes (If it's 9:58 am, then the value will be 598).
money is stored as 4 bytes as the full number without the decimal, so if you have 4.20 real, the value you're looking for is 420, if you have 10 real, the number you're looking for is 1000.

Thanks man, really helped me. If you get to experience, please, let me know.

EXP is a 4 byte value and rather simple to find. As far as I've seen, it stays through game loads and saves as well, so save before some point where you get XP (turning in a quest for example) and just save/load and search for XP.
Skill points are also a 4 byte value, but after several searches, you'll end up with 6 or so values. Only one of those is the Skill Point value and changing them all at once crashes the game, so I'd be careful with that. But it is absolutely possible to edit the number of skill points you have via cheat engine.
If anyone has any way to freeze the ingame time, that'd be great, thanks! I don't really care about stats, since DE is a game where failure can be as entertaining as success (seriously, fail the Savoir Faire check when trying to pay your bill, you won't regret it).
