[Request] Rage 2 - Disable Scroll Wheel

Other Info: When you roll the mouse wheel it cycles through your weapons and there's no way to rebind it.

I wan't to disable this as it causes accidentl weapon switching.

Disabling it in windows has no affect because of directx.
