I need to find the Moss-covered key's ID/name in ObjectsDump.txt. Due to a bug, my key was used, but the water level did not drop, the lever did not work, there was not even an animation of use. I don’t want to go through again until this moment, I can’t get the key from the fat man with the sword again, so I want to resort to Item Swap to get this key
Moss-covered Key names from pox911's "Current Highlighted Item" script: DA_Item_Important_Key_2_NAME and IAF_Important_Key_2. With that you should be able to localize it in the ObjectsDump file.
I rummaged around a bit and found the one I needed: "ItemArticleBase DA_Item_Important_Key_3.DA_Item_Important_Key_3". But you helped me a lot in this matter.

Is there anyway to change your characters actual name to something else, so it's not stuck as the name you assigned when you started the game, or is it impossible to do? Been wondering since I wanted to switch my finished save character to female from male, but it's just a bit weird having a male name on a female character.
Could try doing a String search for every occurrence of your name, both UTF-8 and not. Then replace it with a new string. Be sure the last byte is 00. Also search nearby, probably before, for a dword integer equal to the size of the previous string. Modify that to the size of your new string. Wouldn't be surprised if the string is stored underneath the player pointer. Go to the top of the structure, dissect it, and open every pointer looking for a your name. Best of luck! /shrug
I'd have absolutely no idea how to do any of this haha. I'm very new to using cheat engine, and that seems so complex and hard to do to change your name.. I hope there's an easier method honestly. I really would love to be able to change my name on the fly xD

I had the same problem, i finally figured it out, it's embarrassingly easy... just copy the code, then right click anywhere in the bottom screen of CE, and click on paste

You may have to open up the console and get the object dump again. I found out that my list i saved had different IDs than on the pointer.

Yep that's exactly it, the moment I make a new dump it now reflects correctly/does not crash
I would like to ask how do I edit the save files or undo the restoration of one of the successors?
I wanted to leave one dead but i accidentally ended up saving all of 4 of them and I am locked out of one of the endings. Don't want to replay it again for just one ending.
