Adjusting the speed in which values change.

Hey guys, I have a Hitman 2 FOV table that I specifically use to toggle during aiming down sights. I achieved this by setting a toggle key and untoggle key that deactivates every time I zoom out. However, the fov value changes so rapidly its a bit unsettling, is there a way I can have the float value slowly increase to the set value, thus creating a much smoother zoom and zoom out between the two FOV values?
