Adjusting Zoom or Aspect Ratio

Hi Guys,

I am playing a game where, adjusting the window shows you MORE. I wasnted to see if I could find out how to, more or less, find the horizontal and vertical view to allow me to adjust the zoom level.

I think I narrowed it down to a specific memory location that is written to when I adjust the window. Can anyone help me decode this?
