For the Cheat to Work you need Follow below Steps:

1- go to >> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Xecryst Remains
2- make a copy of the game .exe"Xecryst Remains (D11 64-bit).exe" or "Xecryst Remains (D9 64-bit).exe" and Rename it to "‏‏XecrystRemains.exe"
3-go to steam in the bottom left click >>Add Game >>> Add a Non-Steam Game...
4-Then click Browse and select the file you create on Step 1.

and start the game you add then Attach the cheat engine to the game and all should work with you

the Cheat list:

1-Player Health(The Hp will Drop to the Max MaxHP)
2-Inf Usable(Health Potion and all)
3-Healing potion give Full health
4-No Durability(no weapon Durability)
5-Inf Scavage(you will max with every kill)
