He has not stop't uploading for free, it was always like that.
First he releases it on his Patreon and a couple of days to roughly a week later he uploads it here.
Thats because they support him, and they are also his "beta tester"

Oh gotcha. I'm usually way too busy to play a game right when it comes out so I guess I've never noticed before.
To post or not to post. Let's hope Recifense will update soon. Until then I can share my table, which I used for a small run (wanted to see the new Lübeck missions). I only played for a few years, so there was no sincere testing involved.
This time it seems the Extension table will need an update. So far, I updated several pointers. Yet, I would wait until Recifense updated his table, as he might use a different base address (I actually doubt that, but it's possible). When I updated the table I used a simple Copy & Paste mechanic, therefore the pointers offsets look a bit weird. Example: "Overextension" had an offset which was "E10" - I changed this to "E10+30", which is nothing else as writing "E40". You can see this for yourself, you don't need to open the game for this. Actually it's even better without running the game. Without the game running you will see a lot of question marks and a "+E40" on the right side, when you look at the pointers offsets.
Why I'm telling? Given Recifense uses the same base address, then all we need to do is to "translate" all of my entries. And for all non-updated pointers you can try one of my offsets (+30,+D80,-E8,...) and see if the result makes sense.
Just in case someone doesn't know: You need to enable pPlayer, pProvince and pArmy so that the table can be used. However, if you don't want to manipulate your provinces or generals, then it is not necessary to activate pProvince and pArmy.
with the recent small update (1.34.3) the reform goverment progress is broken for me, anybody has the same problem?

I assume everyone has the same problem, and a lot there seems to have broken. Change the offset to 7A38 and the government reform progress should come back.
If you open the table in notepad++ or similar you can add a couple of more estates (you should be able to see the offset changes between them if you look at a couple of the previous entries). Or if you can make a save available where there are 7 estates i can try to have a look at it when I get some time.
I wanted this change for the Anbennar mod since many countries start with 5 estates, another becomes available in their equivalent to Age of Absolutism and another can be gained through events or by playing as certain countries. I'll try messing with the table once the mod is updated.
Well if you update just a day before new update hits whats the point. At this rate when he uploads the new table, we will play for couple days and new update will ruin it all over again.

The table works for all versions of the corresponding patch. You can always pay for the table through his Patreon page.
