You could just use fearlessrevolution's trainer and boost the legendary chance through the roof for a better chance at getting one and then just edit it with CE.
Which fearlessrevolution trainer are you using? I have the most recent one and it only has like 29 options on it and boosting legendary drop isnt one of them.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
I've been swapping components on my 21 parts gun but how do I add more? Do you mind explain please? The address right after the components list is already occupied
I don’t know why but I tried changing the next address and upped the components amount by 1 and immediately save quit the game got back in and now I have a one pump chump with +13k% damage

It was released/updated yesterday. It added infinite Inventory size, max drop date and high legendary drop rate.

^ You may be interested in the latest update: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=10253. Lets you tweak Weapon params (no, not permanent; only for the duration of the game session).
Haha so seriously, can you please tell us already how to add extra components to a weapon because swapping alone won't give you that kind of stats. You must have stacked multiple components like crazy to get that
