Sounds like I have even more reading up to do, always useful to learn but I do remember the memory allocation described previously and I might have to do more reading up about Visual C++ 2019 presumably and that new compiler changes mentioned in the first post as well while at it.
Gives me something to tinker with as well and figure out go from there learn about the why and how it happens and hopefully work it out in the process.
At least I can see I completely disregarded the type of memory and how the game uses it and other processes involved cached or not and the OS overall and how it manages memory especially over longer uptime periods and more running processes even if there's little or no immediate programs in the background but it does still affect and build up over time.
Always fascinating to learn, just need to store it and have the brain not focus on other stuff ha ha.
EDIT: Yeah should pay more care about high memory in particular just from a quick re-read, that's going to be important for future reference as well no doubt.
And I see Cheat-Engine itself is up to 7.1.0 now after a earlier Patreon release first, well I have enough pointers to get started and hopefully fill this little gap in knowledge. Easier to learn by experience also once I begin putting this all into practice.
