So I am really dense. What is the password to unzip the file? I can't even get to the other steps until I can figure that part out. Any help is much appreciated and thanks to all who put the hard work into creating the cheats.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Say I did everything as written in the manual. Diew console opens but when I enter commands nothing happens. Tried order was unfortunately no reaction to SpawnAwesomeItems. Have I done anything wrong?

This doesn't work that easy. It's currently only possible at sunbeam.

Like I said earlier, just having a CONSOLE available does not give you access to things you shouldn't have access to. Stop spamming, please. I've updated main post with the new table. Have a look and hopefully stop bitching OR even spam you can't do it.

The debug menu can be done in the same way. Look for 'OakPlayerController.OpenDebugMenu' at step 5:

"[00016152] Function OakGame.OakPlayerController.OpenDebugMenu 0x0000000017B67EF0"

Then do steps 6, 7, 8: change the flags at 17B67EF0+0x88 to 04020600. Then open the console and type in opendebugmenu [Enter].

Looks like the .pak files are encrypted. Without a key, no extraction's gonna happen.

Will this same method work for the unlockcustomizations and unlockvehicleparts commands or is there extra I have to do for that?
