The Godfather extortion bar

Hi!

Recently I got back to the original godfather game, after some time I decided to check what could I do with CE in the game and found that you can find and modify the value for the extortion bar when you are trying to take over a business (it's a float with a value beteen 1 and 100)

I don't know much about CE and I would like to know if there is a way to save or find this address easily so I can modify it whenever I try to take over a new store, kind of like a trainer or cheat table would be I guess?
