I found this guy dropping mist orb with millions worth of mist (in 1 orb) how can we do something like that?
It also works for other things like storybook magic, even star coin. There must be some easy way to do this.

To do this you need to modify the profile.json file. Easiest way to do it is drop a stack of an item that isn't common on the ground, like a stack of Apples. Go into the json and change the Item ID from Apple to Mist and change the Amount to whatever you want.

In Notepad++ I would recommend installing the "Json Tools" and "JSON Viewer" plugins that come with the app. Go to Plugins > Plugins Admin. On the Available tab, look for the 2 plugins I mentioned and install them. Notepad++ will restart, and you'll have the plugins installed. In "Json Tools" I primarily use the "Validate JSON against JSON schema" to identify any potential errors in the file if I get an error message on the DLV loading screen. 9 times out of 10 it is because of a missing or misplaced comma. In "JSON Viewer", I primarily use "Format JSON" to put the file into a very easy to read format.

They are under accessories, they show up for me, so no idea why you're having an issue.

You need to add them under the Tools category if you are working with the profile.json file.
