Unfortunately I don't believe there is a way to do it, but the Dreamsnap mission she asks you to do actually doesn't require going online, same for Daisy, as a lot of people do not go online or play online content. It has you make a "fake" dreamsnap, but it doesn't require submitting it online etc.

1. Decode the save data “profile.json”.
2. Find the title of the quest that cannot be cleared by searching the spreadsheet and find the ID in the save data.
3. Rewrite the following words that are linked to the ID according to the rules: “MissionStepStatus_Confirmed”, “MissionStepStatus_Ongoing”, “MissionStepStatus_NotStarted”.
4. Success when the desired quest proceeds to the next step.

Hmm ok i have a slight not knowing enough problem. I decoded the json und saved it to my desktop. I edited it and found the quest by searching the Character ID and set the MissionStepStatus to Success and save it .. but now i dont know how to convert it back into json. I am too stupid to figure it out. When i upload the txt file to the converter it tells me the file length is too long and i have no options to convert. Bare with me i have never used this kind of tools.

The currency you mean? You can modify the value yourself. As for giving to a friend, with my table atm no as it's not a dropped currency, but you can by modifying your save (dont' ask me how, I personally will not mess with shit like that).

Hi so modifying your own file is actually not as hard as it seems. I prefer it over downloading a cheat program. Get your files from here: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Gameloft\Disney Dreamlight Valley\STEAM, EPIC, OR MICROSOFT ~ Once you’ve decrypted your save file (profile.json) and opened it in Notepad++ (download Notepad++), follow these steps to edit your in-game currency values:
Step 1: Search for Currency Data

Press CTRL + F to open the search bar in Notepad++.

Type CurrencyAmounts (exactly as written) into the search bar and press Enter.

You’ll find a section that looks similar to this:

Use this to upload the profile.json and then download what it puts out. [Link]

when you are done changing it in Notepad++ save as, the name being profile and file type json to make it profile.json again.

I go to Player data, world data, Debug object limit disable
and i set it to 1

but i still cannot drop items or place furniture past 6000

so i wanted to know if im doing it wrong or if it currently is broken.

Critters feed 0 is a reset timer that tricks the game into thinking time has passed and allows you to feed the available critters three times after each other to unlock them in a safer way than crafting.
