I found a way to cheat the Experience and level ups.
Exp is 4 bytes, there are 4 exact values for exp.
Search for changed value after winning the battle (increased by amount seen on after battle summary).

First you can only cheat multiple level ups if the level lets you level up multiple times.

Set exp to high number (around 10000+ exp is ok).
Then you need to search once the level up screen shows, it will show a small number stating how many level ups are available. You may save and load that save so that the upgrade points are correctly displayed.

Before upgrading (level up-ing) search for current hero level in another tab in cheat engine, 4 bytes as well. Upgrades (level ups) left are also 4 bytes values.
Now that the both are being looked up, click upgrade, choose upgrade, then filter the level of hero shown above (stating your hero is level X), then filter in the other tab the upgrades left. Do this until you find 4 values for level and upgrades left.

Important to know is that max level is 10, so freeze level values to 9, and do upgrade until 1-2 possible upgrade choices are left and then unfreeze values and choose the last upgrade. Important to now set upgrades to 0 and you will have a hero level 10 with all possible upgrades owned.

Its kind of annoying how the xp and levels have false addresses which makes it difficult for me to make a script. Also levels count from the total amount and not the amount left displayed on the screen so if youre say level 2 with 120 xp, the actual xp is 270 as the xp required to level 2 is 150.

If anyone wants a go then go ahead and make their own script. Hopefully someone breaks the code for movement as that one is annoying.
