Nope I read it but I tried anyway, just to inform other GP users this method doesn't work for them.
Is the game installed in a protected folder in WindowsApps? Or in its own folder someplace else on disk?
Post a screenshot of the game folder > Win64 folder.
If you can extract dxgi.dll/dxgi.ini to Win64 folder, then what is it that "doesn't work"?
I extracted it and edited the ini to open the console with F1, pressing it doesn't show the console.
This is the installation folder in Game Pass. I'm on Win 11. It's in C:\XBoxGames.

I hope you are aware the folders and executable names are not called the same on Steam/GamePass/Windows Store. GamePass games usually use GDK naming convention. So.. can you extract .dll/.ini to that WinGDK folder?

Yup I did it, but pushing the F1 button which I edited the ini for does nothing.
Your screenshot shows no dxgi.dll and dxgi.ini in WinGDK folder. How did you do it then? I see 3 files in your screenshot, there should be 5. And when you extract the files there, is there no message or anything that the requisites are not found or something?

I took the screenshot after I deleted the dll.
Note: I renamed the dll into dinput8.dll to see if that worked. It doesn't.
Renaming would be required only if you used some other mod, but fine. Another thing I don't get is why your Windows OS is showing the .dll extension, but not the .ini extension Anyway, I will check, then refund it.

I can see the ini, it's the dxgi file in the screenshot I posted. I simply have the "show extension for known file " option disabled in Win 11. I enabled that and now I can see the .ini extension.
The DLL works - in the sense that it's picked up by the game on launch:
But it's not finding what it needs for the GamePass version. I asked if you get an error message, you said nothing about it.
The fact that an error message is thrown indicates it works. That's the definition of "working" for me, that that game actually picks it up. That it needs to be adjusted so it's compatible with GamePass.. that's a different subject and you shouldn't bluntly say "it's not working with GamePass" without detailing what's not working. Cuz at the end of the day, you, as a player, are interested in only if game runs with it or not, while me, the developer, need to investigate what's not working..
I was referring to the FILE EXTENSION. It's not displayed (I see "dxgi" in the picture, not "dxgi.ini").
Anyway, the DLL works:

Ah yes, it gave me that error the first time I launched it but when I renamed the DLL the error disappeared, so I thought it was not related to the dll.
The exe name of the Game Pass version is different from the Steam one, maybe it's the reason it doesn't boot the console?
No, the error indicates it didn't find all the Unreal requisites it needs to work properly. So nothing is started, the game is just let to run normally with no changes. That's what the error represents.
Try this DLL out with GamePass (works on Steam too, adjusted it for both):
<< Updated the DLL in main post. Go re-download. >>
From testing on my end, it works fine.
If you confirm it works on your end too, then I'll update main post.
