Nascar Heat 5 budget

I can change the ammount of money with cheat engine, also ammount of fans.
But as soon i buy something the ammount changes, i lose money.
How can i keep my spending budget at the same but it only goes up?

2e question : How can i change the Maximums Deparments of engine, aero, susp, pit crew speed and Rit crew accuracy from a max of 100% to 200% ?
What and how i search in CE i cant change it while its client, single player side.

Any help or suggestions are very welcome.
