Sounds like you need to develop a damage multiplier for both player and enemies, along side your exp mult float. Then just play on Ultra Hard.
Eh sometimes its already in a table just not easily seen at first glance, thus why I ask.

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I don't know if it will help SunBeam or other of you guys, but i want to share my savegame converted from ps4 pro. The only thing that doesn't match is the time played (on ps4 pro show me 225 plus hours meanwhile on pc it show me only 134...). However all the thing that i do is there.
There are 2 save and 1 quicksave:
manualsavengp1 folder has in it a save where i finish the game 2 time - it is a ng+ on ultra hard and 100%
manualsavengp0 folder has in it a save where i finish the game 3 time - it is a ng+ on story mode and 100%
quicksavengp0 folder is the same as above (story mode save)

The save with story mode has all the best modification found in all the playthrough before... only some modification from Frozen Wilds DLC aren't duplicated because they were embedded in an armor which is removed when starting a new game :(

Maybe SunBeam can find a way to duplicate mod for weapons and armors... So these are the save:

If someone want to start a ng+, we must load first the manualsavengp0 (time played 134 hours), REMEMBER to remove the modding from the Shadow Stalwart armor FIRST and then create a new save game plus to start a new game plus at main menu!!! Or happen another time the lost of some modification!

Ps: another ultra hard save to 100% as a 4th playthrough will be great but i don’t have much time to play again so if anyone want to do it at my place, now you can :P

Interesting that they left that data in the game. Since there was never a pre-order bonus for the Complete Edition on PC. Pretty cool that it's still usable.

Another dumb question, dose this table have the new game plus flag, can I start new game plus with a starting character like you can with the dark souls stuff?

Sorry but I was wrong, in my save there are all the bonus armor but not Nora Lookout Armor...
Unfortunately i hadn’t pre-order HZD for ps4 :(

Yeah just checked np just wondering it's pretty rare i know i was a preorder bonus for EU and a bonus for Gamestop Preorders in the US. Here's to hoping we can find it in CE or by mods.
