Here's a list of ability codes for the characters. Not entirely complete, as I didn't bother with a few of the character-specific abilities like Highwind and Vanille's special Attack command. What I'd really like is to see if it's possible to learn some monster-exclusive skills like Anathema and such, but I'm not sure how I'd go about looking at those.
Just add these to the dropdown selection in the Party Member>Abilities items.

Make sure to have steam save sync disabled or these cheats will corrupt your save file. The battle result cheat would not work properly until I disabled it.

if this thread is still monitored i need help getting the items at end of battle to work. its just giving me an item with the material id and not the material and for some reason the amount is crazy high and when I try to freeze it at 1 it messes up the name of the item and I've tried both freezing at one and letting it naturally set the amount of item and both times things aren't working

I have a drop cheat for ff13 and ff13-2, it's not the steam version so maybe the pointers won't work.

c002_at010_30: Sazh's Sparkstrike
c002_gd310_00: Sazh's Vendetta
I found the values for the character specific moves like Highwind and such here are the codes:
ms200_00 Last Resort Ravager - Hope - WORKS FOR EVERYONE
ms400_00 Death Saboteur - Vanille WORKS FOR EVERYONE
c000_at900_00 Army of One Ravager - Lightning WONT WORK ON EVERYONE
c001_at900_00 Sovereign Fist Commando - Snow WONT WORK ON EVERYONE
c002_at900_00 Cold Blood Ravager - Sazh WONT WORK ON EVERYONE

As you can see only the ms codded ones will work on all characters so if you want Snow to have Death and Last Resort he will actually be able to use those abilities, but Cold Blood, Army of One and Highwind will not work on Snow, although since Sovereign Fist is his ability he can use it as well as Death and Last Resort. This means that everyone besides Vanille and Hope can use 3 Final Abilities. Can only be used once you become a L'Cie and there is no ATB requirement so you can use it with 2 ATB bars if you'd like.
