edit : Fixed Give Status Effect, its working now correctly with 11 October Update

When I clicked F1 the list of all items that shown on your screenshot haven't appeared and wands didn't become editable either. It only shows coordinates near cursor. What am I doing wrong?

oh no you are doing nothing wrong, i just checked the game, there was an update on october 25, i will update the table soon.
