want to use cheats but i just cant
tried task manager
also "windows"+d
do u know a way?

Alt tab
Ctrl enter
Windows d
Ctrl alt delete
Check in game settings if there's an option to run game full screen or windowed.
Which game is it? There are tools that can force a game to run windowed

You could try Alt+Enter too, it makes some games be in windowed mode. I've used that method for a long time, and it usually works.
