Come on man, don't be a dick. Why would you post this in tables section when it's more suited to be a PM.

And if he's not responding, most likely he's ignoring you because you're annoying him.

Not sure how i or anyone else can help except Recifense himself. What is the message anyway?

It's very honorable from someone to worry about his friend. But whatever the level of this alleged friendship, there is no obligation (or rule) to force users to reply to their messages. It is just insane. BTW, it is why it is called PM.
