Cheat engine on Steam Deck?

I searched online but the results were either suggesting to use some other apps for the deck, or that it would be extremley complicated (though the posts were mostly from 2022).

Just want to know if this has changed? I need cheat engine specifically because of a table that's available for a game that adds functionality (rather than cheats). So that's the only reason why I only care about having CE, as opposed to other cheating software.

just install DeckyLoader and get 2 plugins using deckyloaders store everything is open source,
1st plugin called "Memory Deck" allows scanning and editing of memory values a simple search engine for steamdeck and the
2nd plugin called "CheatDeck" that one is for Launch games with cheats or trainer and manage launch options for steamdeck.
(cheatdeck can start CE to)
