Helldivers 2 Laser Pulse Cannon

Just seen gameplay of the laser pulse online again so its 100% possible to spawn in the game but I can't seem to figure out what stratagem to swap it out with in HxD. This is the only weapon ive had no luck spawning

flamethrower > laser pulse FAILED
Anti tank > laser pulse FAILED
laser cannon > laser pulse FAILED
jumppack > laser pulse FAILED
MG sentry > laser pulse FAILED
sniper > laser pulse FAILED
spear > laser pulse FAILED
recoilles rifle > laser pulse FAILED

I figured it out and it was patched. I got to play with it for 2 mins lol
