Games where I can cheat to play as the bosses?

I loved just cheating on the Disgaea series just because I could get inedit characters with uniques moves I wonder if some of you have some games with cheats like that!

Yeah GTA V can be cool but it's not really that type of games, i'm searching games with ability, skills all of that not just a skin

Like if you played Diablo in Diablo 3 (of course you can't but it's an exemple)
