FearLess Cheat Engine

I have a question and would like to seek some answers.
I noticed a long time ago that Crysis 3's skills can only choose 4 activations, so is there a way for them to activate all without selection?
Note: I'm not a techie, so I don't know how difficult it is. But please let me know if this can be done. thanks
