PM's doesn't seem to get sent

According to Recifenses signature, i'm supposed to PM or Email him in regards to his table.

So attempting to PM him, i've had an PM just sat in my outbox for a day now, doesn't really appear it's gonna go anywhere.

Did i do something wrong, have i set some settings wrong somewhere, or have i not posted enough/been on the forum for long enough?

If it's still in your outbox that means the PM hasn't been opened yet.
