Anyone still use Windows 95/98/ME

Hi!
With 95/98/me in many games was unpossible Alt-tab to switch from game/cheat utility (there was no CE, but Tsearch, f.e.)
If someone is interest I have wrote a prog for that purpose, and I may post here.

no... I only use emulators for cheating game as it was in the good old days.
So I wanna use games, softice, and of course cheat utility like CE that were available in that time.
In other words, I wanna recreate the original situation, and the original emotions.....

Does this mean my Tandy 1000 with a whopping 640 KB of RAM is out of date?
