Perhaps you should ask the devs? The project seems abandoned and you're not the only one having problems with it. Most likely a crap project

Hey. Basically you run PCSX2, get in-game and then run the trainer when you load up your data. I will get around to making this into a cheat table, the programming in this is kind of shotty tbh lol.
