Windows 10 C:\Program Files\WindowsApps permission

Hello all,
Can someone explain in a very good way how to become able to modify files in folders inside WindowsApps folder in win10?
We talk about permissions ...

Change the owner to your own account, and then you can add permissions

Well this is my situation
Permission01.7z
password === filename ( without .[7z] )

Further instruction are appreciated because i'm already the owner but i can't modify or create nothing in that folder.,Ty

When changing the owner of WindowApps (so not the subfolder inside), did you also tick the :"Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" , followed by clicking Apply ?

You may also have to remove permissions that limit your rights and add new ones that grant you the rights to edit

And one thing that works is copy the folder, then rename the old folder, and rename the copy to the old

Well yes ... this is the WindowsApps folder status (see attachement) ... i've done that but after that i can create files and folder in WindowsApps folder only and not in subfolders (the one i need is only one subfolder see previous post attachement)
