Since I don't think at this point Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for Switch is getting any updates, is there hope someone will work on a table? Unlimited HP, Final Smash, One Hit Kill, that sort of thing.

Health is somewhat easy to find, just a float. But doing scripts is very hard on emulators.

Well health I've found before when is % based but when it's actual HP (number) for some reason is more difficult to find it. Not to mention the value changes on every match so it's really annoying to do it in say arcade mode where is match after match. :sleep:

Would you be interested in taking a look at making RPCS3 DeS appearance changer?

Just enough to read and edit values (that sticks in savegame, not just temporary while playing), other Souls games have it so it seems like common-ish practice and possibly easy to implement (just a noobie guess)?

I can find the values in the character creation screen, but after that they go elsewhere.
Only the name seems to work fine after loading.

Code: Select all

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<CheatTable>
  <CheatEntries>
    <CheatEntry>
      <Description>"Name"</Description>
      <VariableType>String</VariableType>
      <Length>16</Length>
      <Unicode>1</Unicode>
      <CodePage>0</CodePage>
      <ZeroTerminate>1</ZeroTerminate>
      <Address>3301E80B1</Address>
    </CheatEntry>
  </CheatEntries>
</CheatTable>
And this are the values that I can't find ingame

- Gender -
1:Male
0:Female

- Class -
0:Soldier
1:Knight
2:Hunter
3:Priest
4:Magician
5:Wanderer
6:Barbarian
7:Thief
8:Temple Knight
9:Royalty

- Origin -
0:West
1:East
2:South
3:North

- Hairstyle -
0:Shaved
1:Buzzcut
2:Spiked
3:Bowl
4:Swept Back
5:Parted Center
6:Wavy
7:Wild
8:Ponytail

- Hair Color -
0:Dark Brown
1:Red
2:Black
3:Light Brown
4:Blonde
5:Grey
6:White

PC games like Elden Ring are easier than emulators.

Do you have any advice on hacking Xemu? I can easily find values and the instructions that write those values, but both the values and the instructions are dynamic - they change address every time you run it.

You need to find a nearby chunk of data that is always static and then use it as a reference

Code: Select all

[ENABLE]
aobScan(Coords, 03 01 3D 2F CE B3 10 40 B5 4C FF FF 00 01 07 FF)
registerSymbol(Coords)

[DISABLE]
unregisterSymbol(Coords)
the address is "Coords+12345" or whatever offset, but you need to find the aob for your game.

Hmm, I do Auto Assemble -> Aob Code injection. I modify the instruction and it all works great. Next time I run the emulator, the AoB Injection can't find the AoB.

I want to know if anyone is interested in trying some CT I made for these games and give some feedback.
They are almost all programmed for the Europe PAL so they should work in different languages.
